    Staging Packages

    Option One - Standard Staging Consultation   Sally provides specific suggestions and on the spot changes and will discuss additional improvements intended to attract buyers. Many successful REALTORS® agree that using a professional stager is a cost effective way of assuring your listing will be presented well and is a highly appreciated service to sellers. Using a stager to deal directly with sellers about presentations issues can improve your relationship with your clients. Cost: $145 under 2100 square feet.

    Option Two - Kitchen, Baths & Entry for Unoccupied Listing    Sally provides attractive and site specific props and accessories to jazz and warm up the atmosphere of many vacant listings. This popular option enlivens an otherwise bare space. No furniture involved. Cost: $325 - $500. Note: additional "light" staging is available for other rooms.

    Option Three - "Light" Staging   Light staging includes providing and placing, wall art, accessories, light furnishing, lamps, area rugs and more. Costs vary according to how much staging is required.

    Option Four - Upgrades   Make your listing more competitive! Dinsmore Design Solutions advises about quick and economical remedies for homes needing a little extra to present and compete well. Sally arranges upgrades including lighting, painting, flooring and more. The good news is that effective and attractive upgrades don’t have to cost the earth and go a long way towards boosting the appeal of many listings. Sally recommends that it is better to make improvements before the house is listed on the market and start off with a bang, rather than wait for comments and criticism.
